Egg Hunting and First Soccer Game

Well today was jammed packed full of fun! We took the kiddos to Riverside for an egg hunt this morning. They hunted eggs, jumped in the bouncers, stood in line for face painting (but had to leave before they got it painted - boo), and picked flowers. After a brief nap (you can tell by Kyla's enthusiasm - NOT) they got to play their first soccer games. Jakob did wonderfully. Kyla not so much. She did warm up toward the end a little bit. Note to self...1 hour nap is not enough - better to go w/out one!! Kaleb did well also. He did have a really hard time seeing. It was too bright out there and we can't find his transition glasses. Guess what we will be looking for this week??!! But, he did have a good time and that is what is important. The referee decided to cut Kaleb's game short by 30 minutes. So, it was a really quick game. Guess they were tired and ready to get home. Hope everyone is doing well and that you enjoy the pictures! Love you all! Melissa

Hey there! We got to meet Uncle Ryan and Aunt Anna on Friday for lunch and a trip to Monkey Joes. Here are some pics from the kids playing there. They had a wonderful time. Barbara is doing well, but now Jared is running fever and wheezing. We are back on breathing treatments. Please pray that he gets to feeling better soon.

Adventure Science Museum in Nashville

Hello everyone! We are up in Nashville for the time being. Matt's mom had back surgery, so we came up to help her out. My friend Marcie and her children came up with us to get us through the first week. Praise the Lord for wonderful friends! We had a great time taking the kiddos to the museum for a field trip last week. If you ever get a chance to check it out, do so. It was so much fun!! Here are some pics from that. Hope everyone is doing well. Please continue to pray for Barbara. She is doing really well, but still has a long recovery ahead of her.
