Easter Weekend

We started off Easter weekend in the closet on Friday night. We had some really rough weather come through. Saturday was beautiful, so we took off to Sprewell Bluff State Park. The kids had a blast walking the trails, playing on the playground, and splashing in the water. We came home and dyed eggs on Saturday night and got ready for services the next day. We had wonderful Resurrection Day services w/ several visitors in the morning. We had seven people come w/ us and that was such a blessing. I sure wish it was that easy to get people to go to church every other Sunday. Anyway, several of our guests joined us at the house for dinner afterwards and that was fun as well. We are thankful for all of the Lord's blessings on our family!!

Matt finally had a weekend off, so we took advantage of the time and took a little trip to Stone Mountain. We really had a great time!!

Our church gave me a baby shower for Jared a couple of weeks ago. It was really nice. We have been blessed with a wonderful church family here and are so thankful that God allows us to serve Him w/ them.
